About the Organiser

‘LawSphere’ is an online legal knowledge platform mainly aimed at law entrance 
exams aspirants, law students, professionals and anyone who wants to learn 
law. Our aim is to provide adequate and first hand information about every 
important legal happenings in India and around the world. We publish articles, 
blogs, Law reviews, case reviews and many more legal information.
About the Events
About the Essay/Slogan writing competition
LawSphere is proud to announce its 1st All India Essay and Slogan writing 
competition on the occasion of Independence day. The theme for the Essay will be 
Independent India: On Its way to self reliance“. Participate in the event and 
showcase your skills and knowledge and get the opportunity to earn cash prizes. 
Prizes


Essay: Cash prize will be awarded to the top 3 winners. Participate and win. One selected 
essay will be published on our website along with the name and photograph of the 
author.
Top 3 winners will be awarded the Certificate of Excellence.
Top 10 winners will be awarded the Certificate of Merit.
All the participants will be given the E-Certificate of Participation.
Slogan: Cash prize for the winner. Top three slogans will be featured on our social media 
handles along with the authors name. 
Top 10 winners will be awarded the Certificate of Merit.
All the participants will be awarded the E-Certificate of Participation.

Eligibility
Our essay and slogan competition is open to all irrespective of your college and course of study. We are also open to Submissions from school students and all those who are willing to participate.
Submission Guidelines

● Language: English/Hindi
● Only one essay/slogan per participant is allowed. Multiple submissions will 
lead to disqualification.
● Co-authorship is strictly prohibited.
● Only original essays/slogans will be considered. Any form of plagiarism will 
lead to disqualification.
Formatting Guidelines

● Word Limit for essay is 1500-4000 and slogan is 4-25 words.
● Submissions should be in doc/docx format only.
● The essay should be free from all grammatical and spelling errors.
● The body should be in “Times New Roman”, font size 12, line spacing 1.5.
● Footnotes should be in “Times New Roman”, font size 10, line spacing 1.
